- You may open and inspect your package while the courier is still present, before making the payment.
- Refunds are only accepted while the courier is present.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- All exchange requests must be made through our Instagram Direct Messages (DMs).
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- An additional shipping fee will apply to all exchanges.
- Exchanges can only be made for available sizes or products.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
